Workflow Context
We are a team of two backend engineers who built a complex inventory and supply chain management tool. The core logic and API are solid, but we built the frontend using a generic component library without a proper design system. As a result, our early beta testers are finding the platform overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Key workflows like adding a new supplier or running a stock report take too many clicks and the visual hierarchy is confusing. We need someone who understands dense enterprise SaaS to audit our current flow, identify the major friction points, and provide high-fidelity mockups for a drastically improved user experience.
Desired outcome
A comprehensive Figma file containing a cohesive design system (colors, typography, component states) and completely redesigned screens for our 5 core user flows (Dashboard, Inventory List, Supplier Management, Reporting, and Settings). The new design must be clean, intuitive, and make our complex data look approachable and premium.
Tool / Custom Build
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong experience in complex B2B SaaS or dashboard applications (please do not apply if you only design marketing websites). You would start with an audit of our current live app, present wireframes for a restructured layout, and then deliver the final polished UI mockups. We only need the design deliverables our engineering team will handle the implementation.
